Terms of Service
The rules for quotes, scheduling and payment.
About This Service
Pressure Cleaning Bradenton provides professional exterior cleaning services for property owners in Bradenton and Manatee County directly with our own crew. Using this site or calling (941) 336-5300 means you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Pricing
Price ranges on this site are typical, not binding. Your firm price is the written quote you approve before work starts. Added surfaces or conditions found on site are quoted before any extra work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Weather may move a job, and we will tell you the next open day.
Your Responsibilities
Provide outdoor water access, unlock gates, keep pets inside, close windows and tell us about known cracks, loose paint, weak boards or fragile surfaces.
Payment
Payment is due after the work is done and you have seen the results, unless your written quote says otherwise.
Limits of Liability
Cleaning can reveal existing damage such as failing paint, cracked tile, oxidized finishes or worn sealer. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.
